May 234th.Third day of work in Costa Rica

We continued sharing opinions, discussions, and exchange of points of views and experiences, each day of debate more enriched has been the draft of the project. The municipality closed the end of the sessions of the working group and gave to each member of the group a book of San José “Crónica Visual de una Ciudad” pictures taken by Wálter Rojas Hidalgo, wonderful views of hideouts of the city.

Second day of work in Costa Rica

Second day of work, the Vice-Mayor of San José (Costa Rica´s capital) Doña Paula Vargas came to the session to welcome the group of experts and highlight the work on SDG Goals, especially in family, she emphasize how is important is for children in the whole world to receive the values, the structure and the basis from their family in order to build a better society, she also mentioned that they will be grateful to assume in their policies the conclusions of the group.

SDG´s & Families Project- 2nd Experts Group Meeting, Costa Rica 22nd to 24th May 2017

First day of work, starting with the opening session. We had the honor to count with the presence and words of the President of the Asamblea Legislativa ( Congress of Costa Rica), Excmo. Sr. Gonzalo Ramírez, also the assistance of Dr. Jesús Rosales (IPEF), and Renata Kaczmarska (UN Focal Point on the Family), all of them emphasize the importance of the implementation of UN SDG Gooals, Agenda 2030. Intervenció a programa Plusvàlua Dones del 27 d´abril

El programa de ràdio Plusvàlua Dones del Centre d’Estudis Econòmics i Socials - CEES  que s’emet a Ràdio Estel (106.6) els dijous  9’00 a 9’30 hores, avui ha aprofundit el tema de la prevenció del maltractament, des del punt de vista de la Igualtat de gèneres,  i ha comptat amb la intervenció i posterior debat d´Anna Boza, advocada, Mercè Blanco, empresària, Mireia del Pozo, advocada i Irma Rognoni, advocada i  Regidora d’Infància i Família (2011 / 2015). El debat es va centrar en la necessitat d´educar els infants des de ben petits en la igualtat de gènere, en la necessitat de trencar els estereotips, l´educació per a fer ús de les xarxes socials,  la importància de tractar la igualtat de gènere  a l´escola però es va destacar també que el rol de les famílies hi juga un paper fonamental. El Programa Plùsvalua dels dijous està essent un èxit d’audiència. Enhorabona a l’equip organitzador!
