Participació en el PLA BARCELONA INTERCULTURALITAT

 Aquesta tarda Irma Rognoni Viader, com a Directora Executiva de la Fundació Privada Viarany i en la seva representació, ha participat a una nova sessió de debat en el marc de l´elaboració del nou Pla Barcelona Interculturalitat.

S´ha fet una primera visió de la Diagnosi feta, algunes dades són : a Barcelona avui hi viuen persones de 183 països, ha incrementat en un 57% la població comunitària, i també ha crescut moltíssim l´arribada de persones refugiades i extracomunitàries, el 28,3% de les dones ocupades estrangeres treballen en cura de llars, a Barcelona es parlen 300 idiomes avui.

S´han fet treballs de debat en grups diversos i a continuació una sessió plenària. En el nostre grup s´han tractat les dificultats que encara té el poble gitano, així com les dificultats de les entitats que fan 1a acollida de persones migrades.

 Alguns aspectes que s´han debatut han estat : Necessitat de treballar en xarxa amb les entitats i que estiguin molt connectades entre elles, necessitat de remoure obstacles en l´administració, simplificació de tràmits, societat preparada per afrontar els discursos de l´odi amb campanyes comunicatives, s´han de resoldre les necessitats en primera acollida i aprenentatge de las llengües (disposar de més espais, flexibilització dels cursos,...digitalització dels cursos, impossibilitat de digitalització en l´alfabetització), més facilitat perquè  les entitats puguin assolir programes, disminuir la desconnexió entre les escoles i educació en el lleure, lluita contra l´absentisme, s´ha parlat de la situació del poble gitano, com incrementar les persones mediadores culturals i que els mitjans com BTV puguin donar presència en la diversitat.

This afternoon Irma Rognoni Viader, as Executive Director of the Fundació Privada Viarany and on her behalf, took part in a new debate session as part of the elaboration of the new Barcelona Interculturality Plan. A first view of the diagnosis has been made, some data are: in Barcelona today lives people from 183 countries, the population from UE citizens has increased by 57%, and the arrival of refugees and non-EU people has also grown a lot. 28.3% of employed foreign women work in home care, 300 languages ​​are spoken in Barcelona today. Discussions were given in various groups followed by a plenary session. Our group has dealt with the difficulties that the gypsy people still have, as well as the difficulties of the organizations that receive migrants as first reception. Some aspects that have been discussed have been: The need to work in a network with the entities and the need to be connected one  to each other, the need to remove obstacles in the administration, simplification of procedures, society prepared to face hate speech with communicative campaigns, the needs of first reception and learning of languages ​​must be resolved (having more spaces, flexibility of courses, ... digitization of courses, impossibility of digitization in literacy), easier for entities to achieve programs, reduce disconnection between schools and leisure education, fight against absenteeism, there has been talk of the situation of the gypsy people, how to increase the number of cultural mediators and that the media such as BTV can give a presence in diversity .
