Conferencia IMPLICACIONES DEL COVID 19 EN DERECHO DE FAMILIA/ IMPLICATIONS OF COVID 19 IN FAMILY LAW

Hoy ha tenido lugar durante más de dos horas una conferencia con Magistrados de Familia sobre las IMPLICACIONES DEL COVID 19 EN DERECHO DE FAMILIA.

Magistrada del Juzgado de 1a Instancia nº18 de Barcelona, Regina Selva, Magistrada del Juzgado de 1a Instancia nº16 de Barcelona, María Isabel Hernando, Magistrado de la Sección 12 de la Audiencia Provincial de Barcelona, Pascual Ortuño, Magistrado de la Sección 18 de la Audiencia Provincial de Barcelona, Francisco Javier Pereda.

 

Resulta muy tranquilizador pensar en el gran esfuerzo de análisis que están realizando los Jueces y Magistrados de Familia para la implementación del Real Decreto del Estado de Alarma causado a raiz del COVID-19.

Están realizando una auténtica labor de interpretación de la ley y las normas, completando el RD y para el bien de las familias y de los menores. La responsabilidad con la que analizan el hacer real el principio del "interés superior del menor", el análisis de hallar la "solución más justa" a los problemas que se han generado en el seno de las familias, me ha gustado ver este gran esfuerzo por desmenuzar hasta el final los conceptos jurídicos, la protección de las personas, la valoración del ser humano.Eso es la inteligencia jurídica que tanto necesitamos.

Today a conference with Family Magistrates on the IMPLICATIONS OF COVID 19 IN FAMILY LAW has taken place for more than two hours.

It is very reassuring to think of the great effort of analysis that the Family Judges and Magistrates are carrying out for the implementation of the Royal Decree of the State of Alarm caused as a result of COVID-19.
They are doing a real job of interpreting the law and regulations, completing the RD and for the good of families and minors. The responsibility with which they analyze making real the principle of the "best interests of the minor", the analysis of finding the "fairest solution" to the problems that have been generated within families, I liked to see this great effort for analyzing thoroughly to the end the legal concepts, the protection of people, the valuation of the human being. That is the legal intelligence that we need so much.

The Publication Families, Family Policy and the Sustainable Development Goals

The Publication Families, Family Policy and the Sustainable Development Goals, which has been presented online webinar during the celebration of the International Families Day, in the framework of UN DESA, last Friday, May 15th , has been carried out by a great team of people.

The authors: Dominic Richardson (Academic Coordinator, Head of the Research Office of Unicef), Esuna Dugarova, Daryl Higgins, Keiko Hirai, Zitha Mokomane, Mihaela Robila.

The Project Coordinator Ignacio Socias (Director of the IFFD), the Strategic Advisor Irma Rognoni (Councilor of the Barcelona City Council), the support of Alex Vázquez (IFFD representative at the United Nations), Renata Kaczmarska (UNDESA), of Sarah Cook (UNICEF), and many other collaborators.

The project had the support of the Fundació Bancària La Caixa, without whom it would not have been possible to carry out the research, and also the suport of the entity Stiftung Maienburg.

Thanks to the IFFD, which has been the entity that has given the necessary support and structure to carry out the project.

The support of the UN Department of Social and Economic Affairs, UN DESA, Focus Families Point, has been encouraging.

The research would not have been possible without the collaboration of UNICEF, that has managed and carried out the publication of both the Synthesis Report and Families, Family Policy and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Ja és realitat la publicació presentada divendres 15 de maig a l´ONU en la trobada WEBINAR, en la celebració del Dia Internacional de les Famílies el passat divendres 15 de Maig.

Tal com es va comentar a la sessió, el Covid 19 ha posat encara més en evidència aquest nou paradigma on les famílies esdevenen el centre de les diverses polítiques.

Gràcies a tots els que treballeu a l´entorn sanitari

Són dies durs i tristos per totes les famílies que perden els seus sers estimats als que a més a més de la pèrdua,  no poden veure, no poden acomiadar-se´n, no poden dir-se les últimes paraules .

Són dies duríssims pels nostres sanitaris, metges, infermeres, personal d´aministració, neteja i cuina dels hospitals, a tots ells els aplaudim cada dia més fort des de balcons i finestres.

Iniciatives com aquestes, on l´art es fa palès amb ajuda de la tecnologia,  demostren tot el que el ser humà és capaç de fer. Iniciatives com aquestes ajuden a passar un millor confinament . Felicitats als cors i corals per la iniciativa en present o recordant el passat !!!

Respiradors 3D fet a Catalunya salvaran vides!/ 3D ventilators made in Catalonia will save lives!

Sí, ho han aconseguit ! Un respirador fet a Catalunya en impressió 3D pot salvar vides !!!! aquest dilluns es començarà a fabricar !! Vàries empeses, HP , Narvantia i Airbus, el Consorci Zona Franca i Leitat en impressió han aconseguit el que es proposaven. Aquesta és una molt bona notícia.La setmana vinent ja els podran tenir els hospitals, i si van bé es podran produir a gran escala. L´equip ja s´ha provat a l´ Hospital Clínic de Barcelona i  al Parc Taulí de Sabadell amb un pulmó artificial i el resultat ha estat positiu !! SALVARAN VIDES!! Endavant amb la producció !

Yes they did! A VENTILATOR  -made in Catalonia- in 3D printing can save lives !!!! Next Monday it will start manufacturing !! Several enterprises, HP, Narvantia and Airbus, the Zona Franca and Leitat Consortium   have achieved what they set out to do. This is a very good new and brings hope.
Next week the hospitals will have them,  they will be able to produce them  on a large scale!
The ventilator has already been tested at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and the Parc Taulí in Sabadell with an artificial lung and the result has been positive! LIVES WILL BE SAVED !! Going forward with the production!

Arran del COVID-19, Coronavirus QUEDEM-NOS A CASA !! STAY AT HOME !

Amics, companys, ciutadans, aquests dies són durs, el virus Covid-19 ens està portant al límit de les nostres estructures com mai abans havíem viscut. La nostra generació va créixer pensant que mai passaria una cosa així, només alguna pel·lícula podia fer-nos plantejar i pensar sobre una pandèmia com aquesta.

Ara ens toca pensar en tots, en les persones grans, en les persones delicades de salut, i a aquelles altres que puguin patir les conseqüències greus d´aquesta forma tant exponencial i que això provoqui que no hi hagin prou respiradors,  maquinària i medicació suficient per a tots alhora....

Els nostres metges, infermeres, personal divers del món clínic i hospitalari estant donant la vida per tots nosaltres, gràcies a tots ells per fer-ho !

Siguem solidaris, quedem-nos a casa , fem cas a les autoritats, no ens moguem de casa, tan sols pels cassos previstos com a excepcionals. Les persones cuidadores, sanitàries, de repartiment d´aliments, serveis bàsics... elles han de sortir, però només elles, cuidem-les perquè també les protegim al màxim. Ara amb l´estat decretat d´alerta més que mai hem de ser responsables. Fem-ho ! QUEDA´T A CASA ! Una vegada més serem capaços entre tots !! Ànims a tots i força a tothom !

Friends, colleagues, citizens, these days are hard, the Covid-19 virus is taking us to the limit of our structures like never before. Our generation grew up thinking that something like this would never happen, just a movie could make us think and think about a pandemic like this.

It is now time for us to think of all, the elderly, the delicate of health, and of others who may suffer the serious consequences of this exponentially so that this causes that there are not enough respirators, machinery and sufficient medication for all at once ....

Our doctors, nurses, diverse staff from the clinical and hospital world are giving their lives for all of us, thank you all for doing so!

Let's be supportive, stay home, pay attention to the authorities, do not move home, only for the cases planned as exceptional. Caregivers, healthcare, food delivery, basic services ... they have to leave, but only them, we also have to take care of them because we also want to protect them to the fullest. Now with the decreed state of alert more than ever we must be responsible. Let's do it ! STAY AT HOME! Once again we will be able between all of us !! Encourage to all and force to everyone!

Presentació Llibre Testimonis sense veu de Josep Hereu

Ahir a la Llibreria Documenta de Barcelona es va presentar el  Llibre Testimonis sense veu de Josep Hereu, filòsof, presentat per Josep Maria Esquirol també filòsof. El llibre recull testimonis de víctimes de vivències de l´horror viscut als camps de Lager i del Gulag. La voluntat de l´autor és que el lector adquireixi una visió transformadora de la realitat i de la història. El llibre vol ser una lluita contra l´oblit de la història i que permet reflexionar i  conèixer una mica més l´ànima dels sers humans. L´autor fa una crida a l´esperança, a transformar el món cap a una visió més harmonitzadora de la realitat.

Concert Camerata Internacional de Barcelona

Fabulós concert de l´orquestra Camerata Internacional de Barcelona, amb peces d´Albinoni, Barber, Haydn i Mozart, dirigida pel mestre Yuram Ruiz. Els músics tots joves talents de diversos conservatoris de música mostraven la unitat i precisió que requerien les peces. Molt bon treball, enhorabona als músics. El concert va ser ofert al Conservatori de Música de Barcelona.

Al centre d´arts digitals  IDEAL es pot trobar l´exposició : Experiència immersiva de MONET. Són dues sales, en una es projecta un mapping de quadres de Monet i en l´altre hi han ulleres 3D per veure els quadres en 3 dimensions. Si encara no s´han experimentat o vist aquestes tecnologies es pot fer un tast.

Comparses i desfilades al Carnaval Barcelona 2020

Barcelona ha gaudit aquest cap de setmana dels diversos Carnavals de districtes i barris. Tots han fet una gran feina !!. Felicitats al Districte de Sant Andreu per l´organització i en concret al Grup que ha guanyat el premi a la millor comparsa 2020! Han assajat moltes hores i amb molta il.lusió. Compareixença a la Comissió encarregada del Parlament de Catalunya de la Proposició de Llei en referència al maltractament a la infància. Han comparegut Irma Rognoni i Pilar Tintoré  com a expertes i en representació de la Secció d´Infància de l´Il.lustre Col.legi d´Advocats de Barcelona (ICAB), com a Vocal i Presidenta de la Secció. Han fet exposició de les propostes de modificació dutes a terme pels membres de la Secció d´Infància per tal d´exposar la visió jurídica des de l´expertesa de la secció.
Appearance in the Commission in charge of the Parliament of Catalonia of the Proposal of Law with reference to the maltreatment to the children. Irma Rognoni and Pilar Tintoré have appeared as experts and on behalf of the Children's Section of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), as a Member and President of the Section. They have presented the proposals of modification made by the members of the Childhood Section in order to present the legal view from the expertise of the section.

Un any més s´ha dut a terme al Casino l´Aliança del Poblenou, la recollida de juguets per a infants de Barcelona que pateixen situacions diverses per tal que els Reis Mags els hi fagin arribar la joguina i puguin viure amb felicitat el dia de Reis. Enhorabona a tots els voluntaris per la gran tasca feta!

Desitjos per un nou any 2020 / Wishes for the new year 2020

Tot just iniciem un nou any, és el moment de la renovació dels desitjos, dels somnis, dels objectius, per a cada un de nosaltres, pel nostre entorn i pel món. Esperem que els somnis que projectem es facin realitat, esperem que mica en mica el món evolucioni cap el camí de la pau, la reconciliació, la tolerància i la serenitat. Si tots hi posem el nostre "gra de sorra" aconseguirem que l´harmonia creixi i s´irradiï al nostre voltant. Endavant i els millors desitjos per a tots !

As soon as we start a new year, it is time to renew our desires, our dreams, our goals, for each of us, for our environment and the world. We hope that the dreams we project will come true, and we hope that the world will gradually evolve towards the path of peace, reconciliation, tolerance and serenity.
